Can I change or cancel my order?

Our production process begins quickly, but we will do our best to accommodate any changes before your order enters production.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of checkout to ensure fast fulfillment. During this 24-hour period, customers may request adjustments or cancel their order.

You can update the shipping address or email associated with your order directly in your online receipt until production begins.

For any other changes, please contact our Customer Service before production starts. Be sure to include your order number and the details of the requested change so we can process it as quickly as possible.

• If your order has already been processed, it can no longer be canceled or modified. Please contact Customer Service as soon as possible if you need assistance.

• If your order has already been shipped, no changes or cancellations can be made.
